Toronto City Staff Raise Over $2.5 million For United Way

TORONTO: The City of Toronto has announced that City staff raised $2,507,651 in support of United Way Greater Toronto through its annual United Way Employee Campaign. For the 20th year, City staff exceeded the campaign fundraising goal, this year by more than $300,000, demonstrating the Toronto Public Service's commitment to supporting Toronto communities.

The City is one of United Way's most vital and longest-standing partners. The 2022 campaign marked the 21st consecutive year that City employees have donated more than $1 million through the campaign to create a positive impact and help support residents
